There are no charges to cancel an order if the order is stopped before art production. If cancelled during production you will be responsible for the cost of what has been produced. Completed orders will require full payment
All prices are subject to change at any given time. Written estimates are honored for 30 days.
50% of the total sale is due at when placing the order and the balance due at the time of pick up or delivery. ( large custom items will require a deposit of 60%) For signs that require installation the balance is due when the sign is delivered before initiation of the installation.
Telephone and Handwritten orders
We are not responsible for any errors made on a verbal or handwritten order. We prefer to have details sent by either e-mail or fax. Signed proofs will be provided in most cases.
This is usually referred to in work days unless specified otherwise at the time of ordering.
Art supplied by the customer should be supplied as an .EPS, .PDF and all text should be converted to outlines or curves. Raster images/files are accepted as JPEG, GIF, TIFF and Photoshop files at actual size with a resolution of 150 dpi or higher. Raster file quality will determine the capability at which a file can be enlarged for sign usage.
BWS design team can generate artwork for you and supply you a proof for review. We allow up to 2 revisions on your artwork before we apply any additional fees for art modifications.
We do not guarantee color/pantone matching but will use the latest equipment available to be able to match your color. Limitation with regards to lighting and the ability of digital printing to achieve the gamut of colors can prevent actual matches. We can provide a proof on the actual material for you to approve before production.
Permanent adhesives are used on all of the pressure sensitive products we use in production unless otherwise expressed. Photo Tex used in our Wall Spider products uses a removable adhesive.
Referred to in working days and begins with the sign off of the completed proof.
We will rerun jobs where BWS is at fault and charge you for only the initial order. If the mistake originated from your initial order, you will be billed to rerun the job.
