Scott graduated from University of Florida with a degree in Material Science and Engineering. He has spent the past 25 years in engineering and operations management with a Teledyne company, and then Danaher Tool Group. He has worked at implementing Lean into operations, while obtaining 6 Sigma Black Belt certification as well as Master Black Belt certification in a number of Lean Tools including 5S, SMED, Standard Work and Value Stream Mapping. He has recently been working for companies in a consulting role as a Program Manager for both a large plant move and a large DOD contract. He brings strong project and program management skills and experience to the company to help assure that your sign projects are completed successfully.

Jason brings over 18 years of graphic design and sign making experience to Blue Water Signs. He has worked in all aspects of sign making and graphic arts. Jason has worked with various graphic design and sign making software and equipment, and brings a wealth of knowledge to Blue Water Signs. Jason's experience will help make your sign production experience efficient and rewarding. He can help design a sign to improve your image, and help boost your business!
